Jeff Maz General Looks like an old KCS GP40. And actually I think UTAH just painted right over the old KCS logo. The nose stripes, handrail paint, and falt spot on the nose for a Mars light are all indications of this unit's KCS heritage. 8/6/2007 6:35:07 PM
Paul Liddiard General According to Don Strack's web site, this was orignally a Western Pacific loco number 3525, and ended up on the KCS, Utah Railway painted it to 3002 from KCS 2700... 10/25/2011 9:39:44 AM
