1 of 1oo units built and leased to Oakway Leasing, Inc., on order 867150, frames 867150-1 to 100, built in Oct., Nov.,Dec., 1986. Were mostly used under lease to BN on their unit coal trans.. Saw many of them on NS, Toledo, Oh., on Toledo Edison Co. coal trains.
