| NJ Transit ALP-44M #4428 sits on the Chestnut St. Crossing in Red Bank NJ waiting for passengers to board. 4428 would make several apperances on the North Jersey Coast line that day. The locomotive was making an odd clicking noise that I have never heard before on ALP-44 Electric locomotive. |
