WOW!! Aside of the rollerbearings and the shelf-type couplers that thing looks pure-steam era. I know of the 40 year rule, so that brings up the question, was it built to an old old design (obviously for such chemicals transporting lower volumes is safer) or is it as old as it looks?

After adding my comment I answered my own question.. NEW 7-67 is visible on the car. That car was then in it's 39th year of service and may be gone now unless a 10-year waiver was obtained for it.
