Does the CSX still use the line? Also where would this be in town, I am in Charleston now for school.

I think this is Metcaf on the B&O line from Decatur to Indianapolis. CSX does not have any tracks in Charleston. The NYC was torn out in the early 80s.

This is Metcalf. The CSX line still exists so they can gain access to the industries in Decatur.
