| Floor beams are being cut out of Bays 1 & 2, with sections lifted out by crane. This is in preparation for the big lift - removal of the main girders G1 (to be rehabilitated) and G2 (to be scrapped and replaced). Columns have been sandblasted, the lead paint abated, and are ready for their own repair work. |
