The PC in general did't seem to do much washing on the East end anyway. All EL engines got washed at Croxton before going back West, but I don't remember seeing a wash rack at Kearny on the PC.

PRSL ran thru some interesting but dirty territory. As far as I know, PRSL power (after loco-hauled passenger trains ended) didn't get cleaned until repainted!
