All were built by GM-EMD. #9856 is an EFP-15 constructed in June of 1952 and rated at 1,500 horsepower. They're pulling a mixed-cargo freight up the Allegheny Mountains to Gallitzin and points West. The photographer's name and the date are not recorded. |
