Shown here (R to L) are Pennsylvania Railroad engines #7142, #7075, and two more "Geeps" whose numbers are not recorded. All are EFS-17M's built by GM-EMD and rated 1,750 horsepower each. #7142 was built in June of 1957, while #7075 was built in November of 1956. They're rockin' 'n' rollin' with an eastbound manifest freight! ("Tchowee"; #31 of 39) |

All are EFS-17M road switchers built by GM-EMD and rated at 1,750 horsepower each. #7075 was built in November of 1956. This photo comes from a color slide set entitled "Diesels On The Pennsylvania" that's produced and distributed by Blackhawk Films of Davenport, Iowa (819-52). |
