Here is a photo by H.W. Pontin via Rail Photo Service. Shown here is Long Island Rail Road engine #43, a G-5S (4-6-0) "Ten-Wheeler" built by the Pennsylvania Railroad in Juniata during May of 1929. Note the third rails installed between the tracks. Many thanks to Mr. Robert Hess for identifying this locomotive correctly (see comment below). The exact date and the location are not recorded.
