Description:  While the press announced that this new rail bridge is open (there was even a private dedication ceremony on 3-31-15) there still is another 2-3 weeks delay until trains begin daily ops here. The big hold up was who was supposed to pay to move the X-ray equip. UP and BRG refused to pay so that left the Feds and the local county squabbling over who should foot the bill.
