Album Info:I credit the Mineral Point branch for my interest in railroads....the branch ran through my parents backyard as I was growing up in Monroe. I have included a few photos of the Shullsburg and New Glarus branches as well. The Janesville-Monroe portion is part of the Wisconsin & Southern, while a majority of the remaining right of way is biking/hiking/ATV trails. I hope you enjoy this look back at the Milwaukee road in Southern Wisconsin!!
