| Album Info: | On June 12th, I took Amtrak 151 down from Manassas to Roanoke, as i meeting up with a friend for a huge road trip. I railfanned on the platform while waiting for him, as i got to town an hour and a half before he did. (ha!). After we met up, we visited the Virginia Musuem Of Transportation, and then drove around the Roanoke area, in hunt of all things railroad, aviation, and trucking, before tying down for the night in a hotel, then road tripping in the morning. We went to Macungie, PA, for an antique truck show, but we went to the RBMN, Strasburg Railway, and the Railroad Musuem of Pennsylvania. Then we road tripped down to Roanoke, where i was then dropped off, then took Amtrak 66 back home. Enjoy my photos! |
