PR-3 and PR-3X get their train together in the lower Valley yard before depxrting. The train will split up in the Cranston yara, with PR-3X taking PW 3903 and working the Port of Providence, and PR-3 taking PW 2215 and PW 2010 and working the Seaview interchange. |
