It is meeting NS local H2A(they pick those symbols out of a hat, really) with GP 38 rebuild 5577 on the east end. Between the two trains are a total of five cars.

Description:	A former CR GP15 and a GP 38 have 4 cars of local H2A(I swear, NS picks their symbols out of a hat!!) under control at Owego. The train is based in Elmira, and works as far east as Owego, much as CR's WEEL39 did in years past. They will be switching the Ward & Van Scoy mill, whose tower is seen behind the train.

Description:	H2A rolls toward Ayers Rd in Tioga Center. Once there were two railroads here, the EL and the LV. The Lehigh was pulled up almost immediately at Conrail startup, leaving just the EL line, on which the train is running. The LV right of way is where the car is parked.
