View is west after the train passed.          
Both lights came on and went off at the same time. The westbound signal had it's upper left light flashing white. Why would they do that? The Transportation Center can be seen to the right. The area to the right would have included the EL yard.

Howard Castellucio General Any of the "lunar" aspects to the left or to the right flashing is indicating a crossover movement. A center "lunar" is indicating a non crossover movement. Not many of these B&O CPL's left! I like the Liepsic Oh area as there are still many CPL's left on the B&O Tol/Cinci line. 11/9/2009 8:16:49 PM
