We're looking at the east side of the Hinton, WV Amtrak station. This place was locked so nobody could get inside--a real bummer for a dyed-in-the-wool railfan like me! I haven't retouched this photo in any way except to reduce all the "space" from the scanning operation. One reason was to show the concrete steps we had to climb (negotiate??) in order to get up to the downtown exhibits. Besides, that gorgeous October sky was just too pretty to crop away! |
