RFP 7
Back in 1979, Potomac Yard was a busy place, though today you'd be hard pressed to prove it. RF&P used slug sets to work the hump, as seen here from Amtrak's Crescent. The slug appears to be from a modified Alco switcher.

Slug is “C” modified from an S-2. There were 3, A, B, & C, one is preserved
