Former SR15 Bridges Site
Looking east from atop the remaining westbound track bed. The SR15 bridges once stood here, and a deep dip in the highway passed under them. When the bridges were removed in the 1980s, the fill from the ROW was used to level the area again. If you look into the distance here, you can see where the westbound bed picks up again.

John Teeter General Goes to show how long I've been gone -- I DO remember those bridges, the big dip in 15, the S-curves just north of there, and that darned hill at the 114/15 junction. hated that place in wintertime. 2/21/2015 12:49:26 PM
