| Like most of its division points, Erie had a large station at-Port Jervis. It looked a lot like the stations at Binghamton, Salamanca, and Kent. At one time, it had all the crew facilities youd expect at a division point, though by the time CR was into its first decade, crews reported at a storefront downtown. The exterior has been restored, and it looks a lot better now than it did when I first encountered it in the early 1980s. |
