KCS switch engine  Contributor's Pick!
This 0-8-0 is preserved at the museum at Carona. This area once had numerous lines to handle the coal (this is about 5 miles from Big Brutus, the worlds largest power shovel), lead, and zinc that was mined in the area. Now there's little left, just the BNSF's ex Frisco lines, and the South Kansas & Oklahoma, a WATCO line that is ex MP.
